We’ve balanced the salty smokiness of our house-cured bacon with the sweetness of maple syrup, honey, and brown sugar, added a slight zing of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, then finished with the citrusy heat of fresh black pepper. To make sure every bite is filled with flavor, we marinade our bacon jerky for two full days.
